The Contractor shall supply and deliver high-efficiency condensing combination boilers for use in sealed central heating systems and domestic hot water production. Units must be suitable for installation in a wide range of domestic properties and comply with current Building Regulations, Gas Safety Regulations, and ERP requirements.
