The Call-Off contract is for the provision of risk modelling software and associated support services: All licences must be plug- and play, requiring no bespoke development or configuration. The contract includes 24 of support structured as: • Initial 12-month support period, followed by • A 12-month optional extension, exercised at GBE-Ns discretion.
