A mini-competition was undertaken by Communities and Housing Investment Consortium Ltd (CHIC) for a NEC4 Project Manager services for the Local Partnerships new-build housing development in Hull (on behalf of Hull City Council). One bid was received and an award shall be made to this supplier - Drees & Sommer UK Limited.
