Hull City Council has appointed Ove Arup & Partners Limited through Lot 4a of the Council's Professional Services Framework to provide technical support to both Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire Councils to establish the Hull and East Yorkshire Combined Authority. The contract commencement dates is 22nd August 2024, contract end date 21st May 2025.
