North Somerset Council procured a contractor to deliver stage 1 of the design and construction of the council's A38 Major Road Network (MRN) scheme. This is a 2-stage contract. NSC used Lot 3 (£4m to £25m) of the Generation-5 (Gen-5) Civil Engineering, Highways and Transportation Collaborative Framework for this procurement.
