Westminster City Council (the "Authority") will be embarking on the recommissioning of a Residential & Funded Nursing Care Service within Beachcroft Care Home. This follows an open tender exercise earlier this year where the Authority did not award a contract. Prior to retendering these services the Authority will host a virtual market engagement event providing an opportunity to discuss and seek feedback from interested service providers on the service model and how these services can be delivered in the future. Westminster City Council (the Authority) requires service providers of residential and dementia care to support vulnerable adults who have been assessed as having eligible need that could be effectively supported in a care home setting and have a legal right to live in a care home of their choice under the Care and Support (Choice of Accommodation) Regulations 2014 No 2670 and any subsequent amendments. Service providers with experience of delivering these types of services are invited to attend a market engagement event on the morning of Wednesday 11 August 2021.
