Purchase of a two-photon microscope system that enables imaging brain cells on a meso-scale, i.e. allowing fields of view of about 4-6 mm in size. Furthermore, it shall enable single-cell optogenetic stimulation using femtosecond-pulsed lasers.
The procurement includes complete delivery/installation and service agreement.
